I don't normally do feedback but I thought the treatment I got from Waleed was exceptional and deserved my comments. Waleed was very informative without being too difficult to understand and made it very easy to relate to. His humour was light hearted which made the appointment very relaxed and made it easier to ask more questions without feeling pressured to get out of the room. I'm very happy with how he dealt with myself and walked out of the room very satisfied and happy that I could carry on with my day to day life with no more worries. Also, he gave me his business card which I felt a personal touch as it was nice to know if I needed any more guidance I had his contact details. Top class stuff!!!

Having suffered with urine problems for past 15 years Mr Al Singary is the only one I feel listened and dealt with my problem satisfactorily. I cannot praise him enough and very grateful for the way he dealt with me, rather than my problem.

Mr Al-Singary had a pleasant and re-assuring attitude towards my problem and I felt totally confident in his hands. I cannot comment on the results of the surgery at this present time as it is still early days.
